Data We Collect
When you submit an inquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing project proposals, and managing our contractual relationship.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of the contract plus the statutory retention period of 10 years (§257 HGB).
Data Transfers & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted EU-hosted servers. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). All data is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of backend engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps services by DevLatticeWorks, registered at 84174 Osterfeld 3, Eching Berghofen, Germany ("Provider", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
DevLatticeWorks provides backend framework development, relational database design, CI/CD pipeline automation, cloud infrastructure provisioning, security auditing, and related DevOps engineering services as described in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.
2. Project Engagement & Pricing
All service engagements are initiated through our contact consultation process. Pricing is provided on a project-specific basis. Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 9 percentage points above the ECB base rate (§288 BGB).
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, DevLatticeWorks assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables (source code, schemas, configurations, documentation) to the Client. DevLatticeWorks retains the right to use generalized patterns, methodologies, and non-client-specific tooling.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 36 months.
5. Limitation of Liability
DevLatticeWorks' total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. For services involving third-party cloud providers, liability is limited to the guarantees provided by those providers.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice for ongoing retainers. Project-based engagements are non-cancellable once work has commenced. Upon termination, the Client receives all completed deliverables and work-in-progress.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by DevLatticeWorks, registered at 84174 Osterfeld 3, Eching Berghofen, Germany. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. Project-Based Services
For fixed-price project engagements (schema design, API development, CI/CD setup, security audits, etc.), a full refund minus any administrative fees (up to 10% of the deposit) is available within 48 hours of payment and before work has commenced. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered milestones as defined in the project SOW.
2. Retainer Services
Monthly retainer subscriptions (monitoring, observability, SLA maintenance) may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Refunds for the current billing period are not available once services have been rendered. Pre-paid quarterly or annual retainers are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused full months.
3. Infrastructure Costs
Third-party infrastructure costs (cloud hosting, domain registrations, SSL certificates, API keys) incurred on behalf of the Client are non-refundable. These are passed through at cost and are subject to the respective provider's own refund policies.
4. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request – [Project/Service Name]". We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered milestones, custom domain registrations, third-party license fees, and consulting hours that have already been rendered. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of ongoing services.
6. Statutory Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under German consumer protection law (§§ 312g, 355 BGB – Widerrufsrecht). Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions outlined in §312g(2) BGB for personalized services and services already performed with consent.
